As we posted a while back we received our first shipment of Maison Scotch in the middle of summer. Of course at the time Polka dotted raincoats and navy blazers were the last things on our mind, but as much as we don't want to admit it they're going to be a necessity for this Vancouver fall thats creeping up on us. New in store for our second delivery are more of those ever soft double layer granddad tops, a few knits and cardigans, as well as a parisian inspired blazer. We are one of the firsts to receive the olive Parka with detachable knitted lining, perfect to wear right into vancouver spring by just un-snapping the lining for that military look. Take a peek.

The must have jeans this fall are made from coated denim, the new fabric that looks just like leather but feels and breathes like denim. Starting with a super fine European legging denim for the base (Habitual has spared no expense) so you get great fabric recovery and the best fit. The denim is “painted” with a wax like polyurethane pigment and it looks and feels remarkably like leather. Coating is a tougher way to bring color into the line, taking on a deeper, richer tone and adding a rock & roll edge to the jeans. A day after we received our Five and Two, our shipment of Feliks + Adrik arrived. Good thing both these Cali lines are completely different. Feliks + Adrik is a super affordable metal based line. Jewelry comes in antique gold, silver, rose gold, gold, and gunmetal plated pieces. The spine cuffs are a personal favorite, hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on one. Unexpectedly stumbling upon a new fashion haven gives us the same warm, fuzzy feelings we get when we meet someone special.
